Don has been involved in the service industry since he was 14, starting with electronics and later transitioning into IT. After 46 years in service, including 19 years in IT, he found his true calling in helping others within the industry.

Don’s experience in public service, including 21 years in Fire and EMS, has honed his critical thinking skills and ability to make high-pressure decisions effectively. This background uniquely equips him to handle complex and urgent situations with calm and precision.

Outside of his professional life, Don is a former swim coach and a fitness enthusiast, committed to maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle with his family in Indiana.
