Dina brings more than a decade of experience working with the financial and operational side of technology service businesses, helping organizations improve accounting processes, strengthen financial reporting, and create greater consistency across their back office.

Her career began in the sciences, earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in biological sciences from Pennsylvania State University and UC Berkeley. Her early work as a research scientist developed the analytical and problem-solving skills that continue to shape her approach today.

In 2008, Dina joined a Las Vegas-based MSP, where her responsibilities expanded into accounting, billing, financial systems, and business operations. Over the years, she gained hands-on experience improving invoicing and billing processes, managing accounting integrations, standardizing chart of accounts structures, refining payment workflows, and helping ensure financial data accurately reflects how the business operates.

Dina’s experience includes accounts receivable and billing processes, agreement and recurring revenue management, payment platforms, accounting system integrations, financial reporting, and process improvement. She understands the unique accounting challenges technology service providers face and how small inconsistencies in day-to-day processes can create much larger problems in the financials.

She is also a Certified ConnectWise Manage Professional Administrator, giving her valuable insight into how operational systems can impact billing and accounting without making the PSA the focus of her work.

Dina’s strength lies in identifying inconsistencies, understanding why they exist, and helping clients establish practical, repeatable financial processes that produce cleaner data and better visibility into their business.

Dina lives in Seattle with her husband, two children, and their Shih Tzu. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, hiking, family adventures, Taekwondo training with her son, and preparing for obstacle course races.
